TESS

TESS (Transcription Element Search System, http://www.cbil.upenn.edu/tess) is a web-based service that searches DNA sequence for transcription factor binding sites. It integrates three databases of transcription factors and binding site models, and provides browsing and querying capability for the databases, sequence searching, and accuracy data for the positional weight matrix (PWM) models.
