Drosophila anatomy ontology

Other names: FBbt, Drosophila Gross Anatomy Ontology, FB-BT

An ontology of the anatomy of Drosophila melanogaster. It can be used for annotation and classification of data related to Drosophila anatomy, such as gene expression, phenotype and images. It was originally developed by FlyBase, who continue to maintain it and use it for curation.
