North West London Mental Health Data (NWL MH)

The NWL MH linked table holds activity data from Mental health providers and contains the type and location of care received, episodes of care, diagnoses and questionnaire scores for individuals who have accessed adult mental health services within NWL. The MHSDS brings together information captured on clinical systems as part of patient care. It covers: adult and children's mental health learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Children and Young People Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP-IAPT) services early intervention care pathway The MHSDS covers not only services provided in hospitals but also outpatient clinics and in the community, where the majority of people in contact with these services are treated.
